When the color of the scene cannot be restored after white balance and without the influence of other supporting equipment, we think it may be caused by the aging wire signal transmission defect, or it may be caused by the aging and deterioration of the camera circuit components, or it may be caused by the aging of the camera CCD . At this point we only need to replace the corresponding accessories.
3. The failure of the camera host is generally rare.
If a software failure (program failure) occurs, you can only take it back to the manufacturer to replace the program chip!
4. Common faults of image recording system
a. The foot switch is malfunctioning.
b. The connection wire of the video screen is not in good contact.
c. Computer hardware failure.
d. System software or image acquisition software failure.

5. Common failures of the light source system
The light is dim.
Except for the reason that the grating is blocked, it is basically certain that the bulb is close to its service life, and it can be replaced with a new bulb. The service life of argon light bulbs is generally designed to be 500 hours. If the light source system has a life timing device, this problem can be easily solved.
2. The light bulb does not light up when the machine is turned on.
If the cause of burning the bulb is ruled out, then the problem often lies in the high-voltage ignition circuit of the host, because the machine will generate tens of thousands of volts of pulsed high voltage when it is turned on, and the components will age very quickly. Note that you cannot use a multimeter to check the pulse high voltage at this time.
6. Common faults of artificial insufflation system
The pressure display is incorrect.
This may be due to the damage of the gas pressure sensor. If the machine is designed to have a group of multiple differential pressure sensors working at the same time, generally when one is aging or polluted and cannot work, we need to replace all the sensors, otherwise only one of them will be replaced, and the others will be replaced. The sensor life of the same group is also close to critical.
7. The flow rate is not accurate.
If the gas flow sensor is damaged, replace it. Sometimes the flow rate is calculated by the differential pressure, at this time we need to replace the new differential pressure sensor.
8. The equipment leaks air.
In many cases, it is caused by the aging of the instrument sealing ring. However, there are also reasons for the leakage of the mechanical pressure reducing valve of the equipment and the damage of the solenoid valve, which are relatively easy to judge and repair.
9. Common faults of liquid pressurization system
The peristaltic pump is damaged.
The liquid pressure sensor is damaged. Its principle is basically the same as the gas pressure sensor.
The internal circuit of the device is damaged.
10. Common faults of electrocoagulation and cutting system
Equipment accessories are damaged, such as foot switches, negative plate wires, connecting wires and other commonly used vulnerable parts.
Electrocution, electrocoagulation, and bipolar faults, inside the equipment, these parts are composed of different circuit modules, and we can repair or replace the corresponding module circuits according to their fault symptoms.
11. Common failures of power and ablation systems
a. The power system is mainly due to the wear of the cutting head and the problem of the high-energy motor in the planing handle. The replacement of the motor is selective, and not every motor has replacement parts. Therefore, special attention should be paid to protection during disinfection and use.
b. The ablation system is mainly caused by the loss of the cutter head in the surgical application. The equipment failure is mostly a circuit failure, generally starting from the output part.
12. Common failures of the flushing suction system
a. Insufficient pressure or suction. The two-way pump in the equipment is aging, or the negative pressure bottle is leaking.
b. The failure of the device to turn on is generally caused by liquid entering the device. It is enough to clean up the misabsorbed liquid without burning out the relevant components.
